- Anguilla Air Express is the booking agent for travel on Rainbow International Airlines.
- How much is the flight fare?
- Round-trip travel is $399 per person, inclusive of all taxes.
- Is one-way travel available?
- Yes, we can accommodate those seeking one-way travel. One-way fare is $225.00 per person, inclusive of taxes.
- What is the expected travel time between San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Anguilla?
- Approximate travel time is 55 minutes each way.
- How many people can the aircraft accommodate?
- We have two aircraft available. One is designed for up to eight passengers. The other can accommodate up to seven passengers.
- Are there limits to baggage?
- Guests are allowed one checked bag weighing no more than 50 lbs. Guests are also allowed one small carry-on, without wheels.
- How early prior to my departure must I arrive?
- For flights originating in San Juan, Puerto Rico, we meet you at your arrival gate and escort you to the waiting area in preparation for the departure time. For persons already in San Juan, you are required to be at the airport one hour prior to the scheduled departure time. For flights originating in Anguilla, only 30 minutes are required for check-in prior to departure.
- How do I plan my itinerary?
- Preliminary planning on the traveler's behalf is not necessary in this instance. As our passengers, you and your fellow travelers are our priority. Upon your arrival, whether in San Juan, Puerto Rico, or Anguilla, we are at your service.
- Where do I meet my aircraft?
- Upon your arrival in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the Anguilla Air Express Meet and Greet Service will welcome you and escort you to your aircraft while managing your baggage pickup and transfer. They will be holding an Anguilla Air Express sign.
- Are pets allowed?
- We understand how important pets are to many people; however, we are only able to accommodate those small enough to fit in a pet carrier that can be stored under your seat. Please know that special cleaning charges may apply should your pet soil the cabin.
To bring a pet to Anguilla, you'll need to plan ahead. At least six months prior to your arrival on the island, contact the Agricultural Department at 1-264-497-2615 or the island veterinarian at 1-264-497-4600. Only certain pets are allowed on Anguilla. Remember to check with your hotel, villa or guesthouse and ask if pets are permitted prior to your departure. - Can I smoke on the aircraft?
- Smoking is prohibited on the aircraft.
- What if I have special transportation needs?
- We are able to handle almost any request including flying individuals with disabilities, unattended children or medical transports. Additionally, we can arrange for ground transportation from chauffeured service to rental car delivery. Please contact us at 1-866-966-1881 to discuss your transportation needs.
- Will weather affect my flight?
- Certain weather conditions, including fog, lightning, heavy rain or strong winds, can affect the safe operation of aircraft. On days when weather is poor, we will assess the conditions to determine our flight plan, including delays or cancellations. While neither delays nor cancellations are ideal, we trust that you will understand our commitment to safety.

- Who owns these aircraft?
- Both of our aircraft are owned and operated by Rainbow International Airlines. Rainbow International Airlines is a private FAA 135 Air Carrier Charter Company recognized for its uncompromising safety and exceptional service.
- Who flies these aircraft?
- All flights are manned by experienced and certified pilots. Certification, proof of licensure, and all other FAA certification and documentation can be provided upon request. Email us at info@anguillaairexpress.com to request this information.
- Who maintains the aircraft and how?
- Our aircraft are maintained in accordance with strict FAA 135 guidelines and subject to routine inspections according to an established timeline and hours in the air. They are always examined, maintained and repaired as needed by FAA licensed and certified technicians.
- How safe is jet charter travel?
- Charter jets are regulated by the FAA, making this type of travel as safe as commercial air travel. Additionally, both of our aircraft are subject to strict maintenance and inspections as required by FAA 135 safety standards.
